Service Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped. Deliverables are provided through email, shared cloud folders (Google Drive or similar), staging and live website URLs, access to your content management system and hosting panel, and PDF reports. You will never be asked for a shipping address, and no shipping or handling fee is ever charged.

Once your payment is received you get an email confirmation and invoice the same business day. Within 2 business days your dedicated point of contact schedules a kickoff call (phone, WhatsApp or video), shares the project plan or monthly roadmap, and lists the inputs we need from you — content, logos, access to existing accounts and approvals.

Timelines are in business days (Monday to Saturday, Indian Standard Time) and run from the later of payment and receipt of the inputs we have asked for. Each package page states its own timeline; where a proposal gives a different timeline, the proposal applies.

• Logo design: first concepts in 3–5 business days; final files within 2 business days of your approval.
• HTML or WordPress landing page: 5–7 business days.
• WordPress business website: 10–21 business days from content approval.
• E-commerce stores (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento) and Drupal builds: 21–45 business days depending on catalogue size and integrations.
• SEO and local SEO plans: audit and onboarding within 3 business days; first on-page changes live within the first month; first monthly report within 30 days of kickoff and then by the 5th business day of every month.
• Google Business Profile optimisation: profile completed within 5–7 business days of receiving access; verification time depends on Google.
• Content writing: 5–10 business days per batch of articles or pages.
• Hosting and domain setup: 1–2 business days; domain registration and DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours.
• Website maintenance: ongoing; routine requests answered within 48 hours and urgent downtime issues started on the same business day.
• SEO training: sessions scheduled within 7 business days of payment at mutually agreed times.

Most delays come from missing inputs. The timeline pauses — it does not reset — while we wait for content, images, logins, domain or hosting access, or approvals that only you can give. If inputs remain outstanding for more than 30 days the project is placed on hold until they arrive, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Design and content deliverables include the revision rounds stated on the package page or proposal (typically two). We ask for feedback within 7 days of each handover; if we hear nothing in that time the deliverable is treated as accepted and the next milestone begins. A website goes live only after your written approval of the final staging version.

Clients outside India receive the same deliverables on the same timelines. Communication is by email, WhatsApp and scheduled video calls; our working hours are Mon – Sat · 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST and we agree call times that suit your time zone. Invoices show the service, amount and currency exactly as quoted in your proposal or on the package page.
